Chelseamanager Liam Rosenior says his side need to rapidly return to winning ways if they are to qualify for next season's Champions League.
The Blues sit four points behindLiverpool, who currently hold thefifth and final Champions League spot,with six matches of the Premier League season remaining.
Chelseahave lost their past three league matches, and it has been more than six weeks since the west London side have scored a goal in the top flight.
"As the season goes on, the less games you have left, the more important the games become," said Rosenior.
"We have to take advantage of this moment - we're running out of time.
"If I look at each game, I think it's just come down to loss of concentration in a moment that then has snowballed into the rest of the performances. What we have to do is manage the margins of the game a little bit better."
Chelsea's next match is Saturday's home game against third-placeManchester United.
Meanwhile, theChelseaSupporters' Trust has questioned the vision of the club's hierarchy and criticised the lack of response to previous fan unrest.
"This is not a reaction to a single result or a run of form," the trust said.
"It reflects a deeper and more sustained concern about the direction ofChelseaFootball Club, and the growing lack of confidence among supporters in the leadership, structure, and strategy that underpin it."
The supporters' trust also acknowledged a protest expected to be held before Saturday's match by fellow fan group 'NotAProjectCFC'.
"Not all supporters will choose to express their views in this way. However, the organisation and scale of such activity is a clear signal that frustration is deepening and becoming harder to ignore," the trust added.
"Every supporter has their viewpoint," Rosenior said when asked about the planned protest.
"Every supporter wants their club to do well and to win games. Our job, my job, is to produce those results in the long term."
